Introducing a New Online Registration System Designed to Meet Your Needs!

It's easier than ever to find your favorite Batavia Park District programs online, using our new state-of-the-art registration system.

How do I get started?

1. Read the following descriptions and define which user category you fall into:

1. New User = A brand new patron who does not have an account with the Batavia Park District.

2. First Time User = A patron who currently has an account with the Batavia Park District but has not yet registered with the new online registration system.

2. Click on the Online Registration link on the right side of the menu to go to the "sign-in" page.

3. Whether you are a First Time or New User to the online registration system, you will click on the "First Time or New User" link to register for an account.

4. New Users will be asked to register for an account with the Batavia Park District.

5. First Time Users will be asked to enter their household phone number and primary email address.

6. Your User Name and Password will be emailed to you.

Benefits:

• Register in real time! After you enter your payment information, you will receive a receipt that shows you are enrolled in the class. Please keep in mind, the lottery is still in effect so there are special cases when enrollment for a class may be bumped from the lottery due to a full-size class. See our lottery information.

• Check the availability of your favorite programs. Our new system shows up-to-the-second updates on "full" or "cancelled" classes.

• View your personal account information and class registration status at any time. You will also be able to pull a family history of previously registered classes.

• Verify class credits or check on outstanding balances.

• Access park district program information and register for programs twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
